HIIT Training

Today we had HIIT ( High Intense Interval Training ) This program is about raising our heart rate while we get puffed or in Maori pau te hau. During our session of HIIT we did 4 rotations of star jumps, mountain climbers, high knee sprints and split squat karate kick. Every exercise we did we had a 10 second break to regain our energy, and a 20 second exercise time.
